How do I get an online account?
Visit our registration page here. You will be asked to enter company, personal and qualification details before choosing a username and password that will then allow you full access to our web site.

Each application is dealt with individually by a member of our sales team as we have to manually check applicants qualifications.

What are you carriage terms?
For orders below £250.00 + VAT there is an £8.00 delivery charge. Orders above this are delivered free of charge.

Orders that are exported out of the UK may incur extra charges. We will make you aware of any extra charges before we take payment for your order.

Can I see a representative?
A list of our Area Sales Managers is on the back of our printed catalogue and on our web sitehere. You can contact them directly for a personal visit or contact our sales office and they will be pleased to assist you in arranging an appointment with your local Area Sales Manager.

Your prices do not seem competitive!

Is it in stock?
We hold large stocks of all our products featured in our catalogue and on our web site and we can normally deliver from stock. If, in the event we do not have the product in stock, the sales office will contact you directly.

What times are you open for business?
As part of our Working Together programme we offer a 24-hour service through our online catalogue. Our office hours are 8.00am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri). You can use our web site to make enquiries outside of normal office hours.

Orders placed on our web site outside of normal working hours will be dealt with during our office hours.

Why doesn't my username and password work?
If you are trying to log-in using the username and password you used on the old Killgerm web site (pre February 2005) you will need to re-register with us. This is because the new web site has been constructed using more advanced and up-to-date software and will not accept the old username and password data.

You will need to re-register with us here using our new automated system that allows you to choose your own username and password.

Why doesn't the web site load properly?
If elements of the web site are not fully loading there may be a problem with our Web hosting which stores all the files for the site, our database that we use to store information, or your Internet connection.

We endeavour to keep the web site available at all times and use hosting services that guarantee us an up-time of 99.8%.

When items are not loading properly on a page the best action to take is to press the stop button on your browser and then refresh the page. If the problem persists then please inform the webmaster using the form here or emailing
webmaster@killgerm.com with a detailed explanation of your problem.

My computer warns me that I don't have the correct Flash plug-in - what do I do?
