You will find all products we sell in the Online
Catalogue section of the web site. You can
also locate a specific product by looking for the product name in the
A-Z Product Index page or by using the search facility in the top right
corner of every page.

Once
you have located the product
or products that you would like
to purchase – you need
to add them to your shopping
basket. You can do this by first
inputting a value into the relevant
quantity field and then clicking
on the "Update Basket" button.
You will then see that your product has been added to the Basket Summary
box on the left hand side of the page along with your chosen quantity and
the total price. The Basket Summary is displayed on every page so you will
always be able to see the products that you currently have within your
basket.

Once
you have added all the products
to your basket that you want,
you need to click on the "Proceed
To Checkout" button located
at the bottom of the Basket Summary
box or opposite the Update Basket
button on the product pages.
If you haven't already logged in you will be asked to do so before you
can continue. Only registered users are
allowed to purchase online.
You will then see a detailed list of the products in your shopping basket
where you can update the quantities of individual products and delete products
if you have added them by mistake.
Shipping costs and tax are calculated and displayed. Your usual purchase
terms apply.
Once you are happy with the contents of your basket you need to select
whether you wish to place your order on credit card or on account. Depending
on which option you choose dictates what information we will then request
from you.

have the order dispatched to your account address, your delivery
address or to collect the order from Killgerm’s premises.
If the delivery details in our database are out of date, or you just want
to choose a new address, you can enter a new delivery address and indicate
that you want the order to be dispatched there. You can also specify an
order number to match with your records and add delivery comments on this
page.
The next step is to press the continue button where you will be taken to
the Order Confirmation page. Here you can double check the details of your
order and accept the terms and conditions of Killgerm Chemicals.
As part of the order verification and acceptance process a Killgerm sales
representative will manually review your order and contact you should
the need arise. You will receive a confirmation of the order via email.
