The Killgerm Technical Support Department Expands
The end of October saw the sad departure of Lisa Hidle who has worked at Killgerm for the past 17 years and contributed a lot of fun and hard work within the Customer Services department! Lisa has left the company to peruse an exciting new life down under in Australia!

Taking over from Lisa is Janet Hyde with an excellent customer sales background and a great enthusiasm for her new role. We would like to welcome Janet to the sales team and wish her all the best at Killgerm.

Pat Marks to retire at Christmas 2009
Area Sales Manager for the Northern Home Countries Pat Marks is parking his gaspot and safely placing his bait box down for the last time as he retires this Christmas after almost 24 years of hard work at Killgerm. Taking over his patch is John Stacey who many may well have met at this year’s PestTech and who joins Killgerm with a wealth of experience in sales. John will be responsible for serving Killgerm customers within Pat’s previous area of the Northern Home Counties as well as East Anglia. We would like to welcome John to the team and wish him all the best in his new role

New Exciting Role for David Lovell
With the launch of the Killgerm Lamp Compactor in May 2009, David Lovell’s new role, entitled Special Projects Manager, primarily involves the sales and promotion of this innovative lamp crushing facility. Working throughout the UK, David is a proud ambassador for this product and is already enjoying his new role.

Taking over from David Lovell as Area Sales Manager for the East Midlands is Dan Gaskin who is switching hats having previously been a loyal Killgerm customer working for Acclaim Pest & Environmental Services. Dan has wide-ranging practical experience of working in pest control and is very enthusiastic about his new venture. We would like to congratulate Dan on his new position and hope he enjoys working on this side of the industry.
