Killgerm Lamp Compactor
The Killgerm Lamp Compactor provides an environmentally responsible method of compacting used fluorescent lamps on site in a quick, easy and safe way. This system will help you dramatically reduce the amount of space required to store used lamps whilst removing the danger of lamps being broken in storage and therefore maintaining proper health and safety standards.
The Lamp Compactor works by pulverizing fluorescent lamps into tiny pieces that are collected in a secure 200 litre drum whilst removing hazardous mercury through a specially designed filter system. This system can crush all widths and lengths of linear lamps up to 12ft. It also caters for all types of non-linear lamps including CFL, tight bend, u-shapes, Lynx and circline lamps.
