- have a basic understanding of pest biology - insects,
rodents and birds
- have knowledge of using a dichotomous key for insect
identification
- have developed your identification skills of pests
and pest damage
- be aware of simple control, strategies
- be able to give estimation of pest density
- be able to monitor pest control contract efficacy
