The aim of the Killgerm Sales Course is to examine what makes sales a challenge and to provide a structured process that will enable delegates to improve their abilities.
The course is designed to look at the different stages of a sales process, breaking them down into key areas of learning and to allow delegates to practice within the course environment.
These stages are:
- Understanding what motivates people to buy
- Cold Calling
- Features, Advantages and Benefits of a service or product
- Presenting findings and proposal
- Closing the sale
- Handling objections
- Increasing turnover through added value sales.
Delegates will have a different experience of this process, but the course is structured to provide practical examples and ideas that can be used in everyday business.
